About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to everyone who uses diversifyer.com, our-top-rated.com and the Diversifyer services, including free Network Members, Core Members and Network Insiders. By using the site or our services you agree to them.
Our services
Diversifyer provides AI-powered marketing for small businesses through Marketing Skills, a Core Membership and three AI engines. We publish ghost pages, ghost social media posts and Micro-Pitches™ about member businesses on Diversifyer's own website, our-top-rated.com, and our own social channels and network.
We never buy advertising on your behalf and we never ask for the passwords to your accounts. Nothing is installed or changed on your website.
Membership and billing
- Core Membership is $149 a month per location and includes Search Domination™ and three AI engines.
- Add-on Marketing Skills are priced individually and require an active Core Membership for the same location.
- Each skill is billed monthly from the day you add it, so different skills can have different billing dates.
- You can remove an add-on skill at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- There are no refunds for partial periods.
- Core Membership stays active for as long as the location is active, and ends when you close that location or your account.
- Each location is a separate membership with its own skills, billing dates and dashboard.

Free Marketing Self-Check and Network Member listings
The free Marketing Self-Check gives an estimated Marketing Power level based on your answers. It is an estimate, not a verified score. If you add your email, you receive the full breakdown and a free Network Member listing on our-top-rated.com. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time.
Verified Marketing Power Check
The Verified Marketing Power Check costs $49. If you join Core Membership, the $49 is credited to your first month. A verified check is included with every Core Membership.
No guaranteed results
Search engines, AI assistants, directories and other platforms decide what they show, rank or recommend. We work to improve your visibility, but we cannot guarantee any particular ranking, recommendation, number of customers or result.
Your information and content
You confirm that the information you give us about your business is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including any customer contact details you share for review requests. You allow us to use your business name, public information and website content to create and publish marketing about your business.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or the services, interfere with their operation, or use them for anything unlawful or misleading.
Intellectual property
The site, our content and our trademarks belong to Diversifyer. See Trademarks.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Diversifyer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and significant changes will be communicated to members.
